Private Math Tutoring for Middle/High School Students
Jane Prock Tutoring was created to help students who are needing extra assistance in their math class. Math is not always a student’s favorite subject, and many do not feel confident in their skills. Whether it is to learn concepts for the first time, or get a better understanding of topics they learned in school, I hope to come alongside students in their success.

About Me
Hello and Welcome! My name is Jane Prock and I would love to tutor your child. After studying Educational Studies and Math at Texas Christian University, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree and am currently certified to teach math in Texas, Tennessee, and California. I taught at a public high school in Tennessee for two years. Eventually, the desire to be back in California grew (where I grew up), which led me back to Southern California.
I love teaching! It is a passion of mine. I love getting to know students, working through their struggles with them, and championing them in their success. I understand that math can be very difficult, and my goal is to make every student feel supported, cared for, and capable as they grow in their understanding.
Outside of working, I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, and being outdoors. I love trying new coffee shops and going to the beach. I look forward to meeting you and working with your child as we conquer math together!
Here is what I offer!
1 Hour Sessions:
$80.00 per hour for one student
$65.00 for groups of 3-5 students
Sessions can be in person or online, and will vary with each client/family.
